Just a couple of updates on both books. Both are in their second drafts. I’ve been focusing most of my writing on Erebus, which I’m hoping to finish this draft sometime next month. When it’s done, I’ll be looking for some beta readers before working on the third draft.
Book Updates
Afghan Memoir
I’ve begun work on the second draft. Part 1 is revised from the first draft (the “boot” part) and I’ll be diving into a revision of Sangin pretty soon.
Once the second draft is done, I’ll be looking at reaching out for beta readers.
Erebus
The second draft for Erebus has started. Act 1 is pretty much done. A lot has changed from the first draft. A lot of characters were cut and some sub-plots I didn’t like were changed.
I might end up finishing this draft earlier than I thought.
